Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I value my work, so I;m here, but the company does not value its critical employees and has not sound retention plans in place. Hiring from outside and paying way more than the existing employees with the same skillset and competencies is creating a lot of imbalance in the employees mental state.

Overall satisfied with my work, but having associated for more than 20 years and not being valued and paid properly leaves a glitch.

Not too much of Micro-Management, provides liberty to the employee to produce results utilizing their brains to the optimum.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

DXC boasts about valuing performance, but that does not refelct in compensation decisions. Feel like 'Being Taken For Granted'

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Loyalty, Knowledge and Commitment don't seem to be valued and not considered critical and hence sometimes being taken for granted.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Some peers who are non-political, non-diplomatic and having right attitude to work. But lately the evironments is heading towards becoming toxic with lot of negativity setting in.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Make efforts for Retention of Knowledgeable and experienced resources and understand the challenges faced on ground level on Product Accounts and not just drive all the situations with HeadCounts and numbers. Product knowledge is not something that can be countered with number of FTEs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Loyalty and Long Years of Service are not being recognized here and it feels like we are just been taken for granted. We are not considered for pay hikes based on our performance, unless we make some noise. We are not paid as per our experience and performance and nowhere matching to the market.
