DXC is a good place to work and develop career path. I love to work here because I see friends in working here, not enemy. All policy, all communication between managers and employee are transparent. And also the management team always care about people, care about community.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
good people, friendly and transparent communication is the most positive culture I think. I don't like an aggressive and selfish environment for working.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can the job I like to do. My manager trust me and support me a lot. My co-workers are friendly and cooperate well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the salary range and the increasement for salary quite lower than market. Even though I got rating 1- Exceptional Impact , I have no increasement in salary every year. That's make me sad and not motivated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is best, working hard, team work and cooperate well. But sometimes, I feel I stand alone and being pushed out of the game or the conversation of the team. Maybe because I am older than them, and this is a gap of generation.
