Everyone is always open and ready to help each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company does not raise salary on time as per contract (once/year). Every time it takes 1.5-2 years for a salary increase.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work is quite boring and the salary is not increased. We are in a period of economic recession so we have to accept it.
