Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not only regarding the compensation, I would prefer to have a closer discussion regarding each goal and my performance in the year. Also would like to have a proper evaluation to define the pay rate. Annual salary review shall be applied to retain the employee.
