What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although I believe there should be an uptick in salaries based on Customer & Client Satisfaction. DXC should also consider annual cost of living adjustments for employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team continue to collaborate frequently to check on one another's well being, provide real-time project status updates for discussion on possible risks, issues, help needed and awareness. Educational for the entire team.
