I've worked for 32 years with 6 different companies via mergers, etc. The last 5 years with DXC have been very difficult due to constant lay offs. i am feeling better about the company with new leadership but also cautious.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My overall experience for the previous 8 years wasn't positive because there was so much cost cutting going on. Since our new CEO joined the company, I am seeing many changes that are very positive and that make me more hopeful for the future of the company.
