It has been good but a bit overly challenging. At start, my pay was very good but didn't change for almost 7 years. As a result (and with high inflation in last couple of years), I've fallen way behind in compensation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation has been really bad (in Historical Terms) and the Bite it takes is now too much on current Salary
