Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel extremely undervalued in my compensation after a 2% salary increase in six years. Having salary increases in line with inflation in my country would make me feel better.

Salary increases according to the country's inflation. My compensation has actually decreased after 6 years of only a 2% salary increase and cumulative inflation of 50% or more, in Mexico.
