Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I am a leverage employee, with 22 years with the company. The last 8 years, since 2017 when DXC was created. Motivation decreased, Salaries remained the same, Opportunities to grow up on our career, move to other positions, collaborate with other Teams to innovate disappeared. HR does not support us

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They don't give up and try to communicate with clearity.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Like in Titanic movie, we seem to be the musicians, playing to the end.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem to do a team, work together. But with recent changes, again, the leadership should work on doing a more integrated team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people do not give up easily, those with more than 15 years with the company continue looking to do something for the company.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work very good together, we know better because raising team initiative. We have different knowledge, experience, learnings that make our work to be complemented by these.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because my salary is 31% lower than market and the offered by other local companies. The "super salary" increase I got after 4 years asking for it is equivalent to buy a frappe per month in Starbucks...

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The employee resources groups, these as woman have helped me to woman myself and the professional development. We have a very good network of women around Americas. Locally the committees were also a good help, but these are disappearing with no support from Latin America leaders.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My workload was decreasing, during my one on one with my manger I mentioned this, I directly asked if she was waiting for me to get bored and quit. She said no, enjoy your free time. I invested my time on learning, taking courses, asking to apply this withing the organization with no opportunity.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

DXC started on 2017 and since then I have not had an increment. I decided to move to another team seeking for a better salary and this was increased a little bit, but even when every year I get a good rate, the salary does not change. My recognition for 20 years of service, a piece of paper.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I took certification, paid this by my own looking for a better opportunity of work. The only thing I got is to help with work that nobody else wants to deal with. I have had this conversation with my previous and new manager, but if I cannot attend meetings at 5 am or 6 am I am not considered.
