Great talent self-motivated and looking for DXC to become financially stronger so that employees are compensated accordingly.

My team is very committed, self-motivated, and welcoming the change to new technology, new ways of doing things.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

because in other companies' people that do what I do are better compensated. To get a reasonable merit raise not the unfear 1-2%- and the 5% for promotions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

because didn't got merit increase for 5 years even the years that I was rated top performer, then when I was promoted the % increase was low compared with the new responsibility.

What makes you most happy at work?

Collaboration, things moving forward in a good pace, when an opportunity is identified leadership try's hard to address it ASAP, respect, empowerment, the support I have from my manager and team. Camaraderie.
