Helpful, always willing to help. Work well enough as a team most of the time.

We have some leaders who are very motivating and appear to care about the people of the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Within DXC there are many that feel we could get higher salaries elsewhere. We also don't get raises including cost of living raises.
