From what I have seen it is no different than the rest of corporate America. Unless you are in the top tier you will always be undercompensated. Just look at the package that las t CEO receives then look at the amount in merits given to the employees.

We work well together, we communicate, and we stay focused on the client.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding that regardless of how much people enjoy or not enjoy their job, merit increases are important even if it to try and keep up with inflation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not having set amount of vacation. Knowing as long as I am getting my work done and I am exceeding billable factors I can plan time off. As long as it meets company needs.
