Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am invested in DXC. I am proud to represent DXC and work hard to drive impact. I see so many positive changes and trends in the right direction which is why I am loyal employee. I am excited to see what the future brings. I will always provide constructive feedback so I can help promote change.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am constantly learning. The learning never stops.

The impact I drive and knowing the client is pleased with the impact driven.

We are all hard workers and will jump in to support one another if needed.

When I have capacity to keep up with the demand and when my efforts drive customer satisfaction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's hard to say. Everyone seems like they are surviving and it's every man for themself at times. I receive more positive feedback from my client than my manager.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager's approach when we meet is perceived as attacking rather than seeking to understand. She only points out what I am doing wrong. She rarely ever points out anything positive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are ready to support and reach out to check in how I am doing/feeling, etc. They randomly reach out to say something to make me smile. I am thankful for my coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued. With rising costs/inflation, my pay is not fully covering the increases. I may have to look for a part time job on the weekend and some nights during the week to try and help.
