I enjoy my shift & what I do. I don’t enjoy watching new people come in and leave to competitors, making more sometimes twice as much money as we do here. This a great place to work & a great place to come in get quick experience, pad your resume & move up elsewher

Wages are stagnant, new employees make almost as much as people here over 8 years, several coworkers have gone to the competition to get a raise. Wages are not competitive, nor have we received any “
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Replace people that leave, Stop saving Money & working a skeleton crew. We’re short handed as it is, It’d be nice to take a vacation without increasing the burden on the few of us that remain. Competitive Wages.
