What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall health package is thorough. Other incentives are good, such as training.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hanging out with a group of likeminded people, with similar skills and training. Everyone is busy, but not so much that a good hearty and pleasant conversation cannot be had.
What makes you most happy at work?
Going to work. I like working. Working makes my life have some purpose and it gives it direction. Most importantly, it allows me to do what I love, and pays me for it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all about moving the company forward in a positive way. They are mindful and knowledgeable, of the changing times, but are also informed of what is right. I like the initiatives of providing more learning and training opportunities, or at the very least, encouraging it from al sides.
