We stick together and support each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
By working 90%+ remotely, it allows to be productive while having an eye on the family and home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We follow a "virtual-first" work strategy, which allows to easily leverage the time and resources between customers. Also permits a balanced work-life ratio.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From Raul downwards, the leadership team has resumed the communication with the general population through Town Halls and mailing news. They seem a solid, organized front to move DXC forward.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although there have not had salary increases for several quarters, DXC provides perks in the form of extended medical coverage, many recognition programs (work excellence, academic excellence, etc) and a large base for renew skills and expand knowledge and experience.
