I love DXC; I'm proud of our company; however, I feel stressed and tainted by recent work pressure. Get stuff done now. When I ask for help, it's not the right help - I end up spending more time explaining the needs than actually having them do the work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that we have flexibility in working from home.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
health incentive program - where you earn dollars based on activities; my salary is adequate; I have health insurance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
they care about each other - want to do what is best; it seems though they are always worried about doing it now vs doing it right.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like my manager; he cares. The DXC IT team seem reasonable and motivated to drive to results. I don't feel I know about any other leaders beyond our IT leaders.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
too much pressure - resources are not available with the expertise we need to get things done at the pace leadership wants; I could do the work if I had the training or the rightly trained staff. Recent layoffs of qualified mature persons have caused stress.
