I love the company, I am passionate about the work I contribute, but a company of this size and reputation needs to invest in their employees.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have been given the opportunity by my manager to do what I lie and am good at. My day-to-day is mostly determined by me. If I was fully compensated for the contribution I was making, it would be the perfect job for me.

Challenging projects and expanding my skillset. My manager is very supportive of this.

We are all passionate about what we do and look out for each other.

We make differences within ISB. Pick up slack where it is needed. Integrate new ways of doing things to others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
On my team, we like each other and want to see success. i also think that WFH has allowed us to diversify with whom and how we work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I came into DXC with many years of experience when it was hard to find a position in my field. I had to start over. But since I have grown into a valuable member of my department. I am doing very specialized work, working with many different people outside my team. My pay does not reflect that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am making the same thing I was making when I started with the company 8 years ago. It is an entry level wage for an entry level position. Since then I have grown and the area I am working in has seen and are using my tremendous skillset. But there has been no salary increase or promotions.
