
There has been an effort to increase communications, which I greatly appreciate!
My coworkers work hard and are willing to learn and stretch to meet customer needs.
I like my efforts being recognized by both DXC management and customers as being beneficial! Being able to see the impact of my work is very important to me.
I now like working from home, so I don't have to worry about commuting. The formal office area had become very noisy with the open environment. Everyone I work with is remote, so listening to the conversations around me was very disruptive.
Both lower and higher levels received compensation increases a few years ago, but there was never money for those of us in the middle levels, regardless of rating! Costs of healthcare go up but compensation remains the same, so basically, I am paid less every year! No service awards either!
