I want to strongly believe the company will survive and come out of the mess that has been created by the previous 2 CEOs but time will tell.

The level of experience we share with each other and the ability to laugh in most situations

with the ability to work remotely and having global accounts, i love the mix of cultures and learning these cultures

The people. There are fantastic people to work with and the clients I currently have are really nice and professional
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At least market compensation for what I do, constantly taking accounts from people who are paid way higher and never being offered any compensation.

The focus on customer service and the ability to take stressful situations and turn them around with the clients to show we are partners not a vendor

Market analysis for the high customer facing roles needs to be done for employees that have been with the company (and all it's mergers) for a very long time
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hiring, layoffs, length of time for approvals, Solution nightmares (hint offshore and tools), letting India GDIC run amok, customer relationships, constant cost savings in Service Lines at local level instead of back office. Constantly adding layers of management isn't helping our company.
