feeling of undervalue due to no regular merrit increases; pay for performance, and lack of special options such as profit sharing, amazon shopping points, movie tickets or dinner passes. giving of Turkeys for Thanksgiving and Hams or Turkeys for December holidays or giving of DXC Gear;
