It has been overall a good experience, however I'm not happy at all with the salary, there are no adjustments not even for exceptional workers, no bonus unless you are part of Sales team, but Sales team do only the first part of the job, after that the rest of workers work to keep the client happy

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To get paid based on goals reached, better process to get promoted or at least a clear process, no take more than a year even when I'm doing a lot more vs when I was hired
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I do a lot more than I am paid for, I also feel that the company does not consider the cost of living and adjust salaries accordingly, I have been with the company for almost 6 years and in the last 3 or so have not had any salary adjustments, but I see a lot of high level executives.
