ive been here for a few months, i like the work, just wish we had more available make up time so i dont have to use sick time for a dr appt when i can just make up the time

i work from home so the environment is super comfortable. its awesome how much this company puts into culture

you got a question and put it in the chat, you can guarantee your team mates are gonna jump in the chat and help you out
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the compassion, empathy and not taking it personal that we have to give while taking calls for definitely deserves more compensation that the mere $17.00/ hour i am paid. further more our benefits are significantly higher than other companies of this size and so to be paid lower plus higher benefits
