see my previous statements about cost of living, and leadership's failures.
My coworkers. We look out for each other and build each other up when our leadership fails to do so.
My team is made up of various SMEs. Most of us have 20+ years, we're all personally invested in DXC, each other and our team's success.
cost of living raises never happen. Leadership invests in sports teams and buys awards that aren't real. Hires/Fires CO's who get immense salaries. Buys planes for executives. expensive retreats for sales teams. Job Reqs open in LInkedin for twice what we are paid, and for a lower grade job.
Our director doesn't follow the chain of command, skips our manager, throws actions at us with no direction. We are a team of SME's and he doesn't bother to direct the right work to the right teams. When we point this out he doubles down and our lead is afraid to push back.
