They say all the right words, and mean them for the most part.
What makes you most happy at work?
Positive, successful projects outcomes, bringing in additional work, revenue. Being recognized (and rewarded) for doing a good job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good work ethic, honesty, integrity. doing the right thing for the right reasons. Remaining loyal to DXC throughout the mergers, org changes, leadership changes and promises that are not kept.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This makes me feel undervalued - Only receiving less than 4% total raise/salary compensation in more than 12 years which does not even attempt to keep up with inflation. It would make us feel better if we received fair raises and were able to compensate our employees sufficiently as well.
