Our company has gone through many ups and downs throughout the years. Each new CEO has new exciting positives but then negatives as well. The current new CEO so far has been very positive and I like where the company seems to be going.
What makes you most happy at work?
My client is amazing and I like interacting with them daily.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How much the highest level leadership is committed to getting the client facing employees paid for what they do. This hasnt happened for years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership is invested in my success and is making sure I enjoy what I do and helps me fight the hard internal fights to get what I need to do my job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My DXC client team is amazing and they work very hard to be better than the day before (each day). My DXC team is great. Everyone is always there to help each other if needed and we are open with each other about everything going on internally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been making my numbers every year and I always get told that leadership is pushing for my promotion but it never happens. I am back in the process and I hope it gets approved this year. Promotions and salary increases have always been a challenge at DXC. It would be nice to see that change.
