I feel challenged everyday and feel great to work with my team. On the other hand I feel like juggling with multiple subjects, especially internally, and getting all sorts of responsibilities, from Deliver to Sell. I also believe that there double standards sometimes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The respect I see I have among my peers and down to our teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
The purpose I have to help and facilitate the work life of people that work for me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have gotten much more responsibilities in the last 8 months and there was no conversation about raise based on that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Resilience The ability to work and resolve things with autonomy and bring only subjects that really requires my attention. Sense of urgency Knowledge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Currently, I like the better communication to the employees, recurrent Town Halls, staff calls,. etc. And the willingness to provide Learning Paths to the Employees. I also like the Look Ahead communication from Mary Finch, although there was a slip on the Promotion regarding the date expected.
