The communication from the Leadership Team to us has been clear, concise, and frequent. That is very important to me and my level of engagement.
I don't feel undervalued because I am not the only one who feels that my compensation is not where it should be for my experience and tenure. I would feel better when the initiatives to review and grant appropriate pay has been completed.
Our team works hard to meet the contractual expectations and can identify when the client is asking for something outside of scope, offering up potential solutions rather than doing work for free. Our current team has made great relational strides with the client which is very effective.
