Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
So far, the market value of my education/certifications, experience and exposure have not been matched, however with new leadership I do see the changes happening and like the way the road is laid out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I empower my team and enable them to provide support to the client and keep the communication channel open and they are encouraged and productive as they understand the value they bring to the table and are valued by me through recognitions and encouragement.

In the recent year the leadership has ramped up to give best to the employees by raises and learning path with latest technologies who will be more productive through continuous learning in the rapidly changing business technology. Leadership is trying to match the market value in pay
