I love the work that I do. I have fantastic customers. Those I see regularly always provide positive feedback. I want to be at the best place to work. I would love to recommend the company but the compensation is just not where it needs to be and its an embarrassment.

Getting things done. Completing a task, helping someone solve a problem.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Refreshed changes coming. A positive culture is the intention but the trust is not quite there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Job architecture doesn't properly reflect our role. We don't compare to market in our capability. It is unfair to expect employees to work after-hours and weekends without compensation.
