Overall, I am very satisfied with DXC. Working here has given me opportunities, increased my skillset and knowledge base. I have been with the company for 31 years. It has truly been one of the greatest and valuable career experience including professionally and personally.

We help each other, we collaborate amongst each other, we learn from each other. We have a respectful team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Collaborating with my cohorts, being part of ERG, my management treats me with respect and care, I'm able to do my work with very little supervision, my management trust my work ethics.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate management team is awesome. They have an open-door policy. They show compassion for their employees. They are always willing to help, advise for improvement, well-being, giving guidance where/when needed, keeping the staff informed, creating a safe space for employees to speak.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at DXC has greatly enhanced. I am part of a few ERG's. This has had a tremendous impact on me. I really enjoy being part of this. We are diverse and we learn about other cultures. This is great for the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I started at PMSC/MYND/CSC/DXC, I was young and timid. I was quiet and was just totally happy to have a good job. So, I did not really stand up for myself when it came to salary. I wish I would have been able to speak up all those years past. But I do not have complaints. I am ok now.
