DXC's best benefit is focusing on our "Remote First" strategy of allowing employees to work from anywhere. Senior leadership has recently veered away from this benefit and are slowly encouraging the opposite of this benefit, which causes fear and dissapointment.
I feel as though job level does not correlate to skill, efficiency, or knowlege. I feel as though several of my coworkers have audibly given up on making improvements to the process. They are jaded by not being incentivised to do more or make the team better, which is disheartening.
