What do you like best about the leadership team?

Positive and routine presence, aloowing questions to be asked by any employee.

What makes you most happy at work?

Improving processes, which does not happen much, as there is a higher focus on checking boxes and portraying success rather than achieving it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is low, promotions are unlikely to happen, career growth is designed to be slow. High performing, low leveled employees are expected to meet the same metrics as senior employees. High performance should be incentivised.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

DXC's best benefit is focusing on our "Remote First" strategy of allowing employees to work from anywhere. Senior leadership has recently veered away from this benefit and are slowly encouraging the opposite of this benefit, which causes fear and dissapointment.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I feel as though job level does not correlate to skill, efficiency, or knowlege. I feel as though several of my coworkers have audibly given up on making improvements to the process. They are jaded by not being incentivised to do more or make the team better, which is disheartening.
