I love DXC from day one. I want to work here until my retirement its only the salary part that hurts I need to get a second job now to be able to get by when I know former coworkers in other companies earn 30 to 40% more than I do doing the same thing. This needs to change.

DXC is the best company I have worked for. But salary wise I was always ´under paid outside other companies always offer me 40 to 60 % more but I love DXC and don´t want to go. Due to my experience 30% increase will be ok instead I rece
