we work hard, we care, managers do what they can their best they can to support us

What are some of the best things about your team?

we are kind and understanding. We are compassionate and we support each other as much as we can.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I love my leaders, they are all very senior, caring and go above and beyond for DXC. But we are all burn out. DXC takes so much bureaucracy and approvals to get things done, and majority of survivors are exhausted.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

DXC has legal AND competitive market salary ranges. We cannot keep offering the bare minimums, not only to externals but also in our appraisals (if we had any). We are such a powerful company. What we project outside we should live inside.

What makes you most happy at work?

I am grateful no matter what. I´ve had growth and opportunity in the past. I am happy to have my job. My satisfaction comes from giving jobs to people, I learn every day from my managers. I want to believe we can have an abundant mentality where there can be
