
Change the culture of apathy and multiple change in directions
Bring a single message. There are numerous leadership groups giving an employee multiple conflicting directions and no one seems to care.
Apathy has settled in the company since there aren't rewards for good/excellent behavior. The company needs to improve its reward program to break down this barrier.
There is no other compensation besides your salary. The company changes direction every 2-3 months and requests employee to meet new metrics/demands but does not reward its employees in any way.
