My team is my favorite part of the culture and environment at DXC.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits aspect (medical, 401k, parental leave, etc) seem to be lagging behind other competitors.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The work/life balance is the best part. I'm able to have the flexibility to work remotely when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The new leadership team appears to have more transparency and are more open to listening to ideas from global employees.

My team is really collaborative. We work together well and encourage each other to step out of our comfort zone.

The majority of the leadership team is new and, hopefully, more open to change and increasing benefits, compensation and overall morale.

Our team is collaborative, innovative and open to moving forward with the times. Other teams aren't as fortunate in that way.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My actual interview process was straightforward. I had three total interviews. One with the recruiter, once with the hiring manager and once with the VP of the team. The onboarding process was much more difficult.
