Though I have no complains with my current compensation, but given my experience and skills, my market value is little better then what I am getting in DXC, but as I like DXC’s work culture

The very clear way ahead, the understating of goals and where DXC needs to stand in the global market. Appreciation for the employees who actually work hard and help DXC family to grow and stand out in the global market.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all very focused, DXC values are very well understood and we are all very determined to contribute towards the organisational and leadership goals. We all are ready to go that extra mile and help our leadership/organisation to achieve that global recognition DXC deserves.
