I've had the opportunity to grow at DXC and I'm happy with where I am now. On occasion, I am stressed because of my job, but I know how to compartmentalize. I work with people who are dedicated to and passionate about the company but sometimes it seems to overwhelm them and me.

Collaborating with others on my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are being transparent about the changes they're making.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to chip in and pull their weight. Those on my team are respectful to one another and I appreciate that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership team being transparent and communicative and is also making a point to address the importance of respecting those that we work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're coming in with fresh ideas and moving on changes quickly. They've also provided a plan to get employees and the company to where they needs to be.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very supportive of each other. We're also very collaborative. I feel that I can go to anyone on my team for help and have never received any push back from them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not paid enough for the level and amount of work I have been doing. I would feel better about my compensation if I received bonuses or yearly pay increases. Although, the unlimited vacation policy makes up for it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a lot of stress around the changes going on right now. It can be improved by being patient with those doing the work to get it done and showing appreciation after they get the job done. I also believe respect should be shown at all levels of leadership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been working at DXC for 4 years and have taken on numerous high visibility roles. I have not seen an increase in compensation or title change since I started. I would feel better if I were to receive at least a title change, raise or bonus in compensation at least every 2 years.
