What makes you most happy at work?
The team I work with, we are all very creative and open with each other most of the time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of my immediate leadership is quite open to discussions I'm not thrilled with my manager though (to much involved in politics and how she will appear to her managers).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us have been working together for more than 10 years some over 20 years. If it wasn't for the great attitude and team work I would have walked years ago.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The year before I lost my differential pay and so I lost a large portion of my pay that I have had since I joined CSC/DXC >24 years. This happened without any raise in pay that I haven't received in years and have kept a positive attitude, skills upgraded and extremely flexible.
