
I really like some of the tasks I perform on a daily basis.
Salary is ok. Benefits are not good, but my manager is pretty flexible in terms of remote working (pre covid).
The level of responsability I have and my job level does not match, but I raised the point and I have been promised a promotion.
The leadership team change in the last year and they defintely changed the approach. They acknowledge employees' concerns and issues and are direct on the steps they are taking to address these.
Leadership changed recently (CEO, CMO, Regional SVP, etc). I feel like we are transitioning from a very old school and poor management into a new more modern, people focused leadership team with a clear and open strategy.
