We accept and respect each other despite our cultural and social differences.

Their leadership is past the 50% with the potential to go further very soon.

To work and interact with my colleagues and to tackle challenges together as a team and hopefully be rewarded for it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are hungry and accepts challenges when it arrives.Our leaders have an input in mainstreaming the challenges through to the workers on the floor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The leaders are doing a good job but there are so much more that can be done. We need to push and invest more into our staff so that we can cross boundaries as a global IT outsource provider.
