The best part about my compensation package is our 401K is administered by Fidelity. Their customer service is unmatched.

I really like that our leadership team is willing to work with employees to remove barriers to our success and are open to our ideas.

One of the best aspects of working at DXC is the ability to work from home and maintain a flexibie schedule to have some balance in my personal life!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our CEO is positive and has a plan for our success, respects input, and the team he is hiring now seem to have the right mindset to help us all achieve our goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is willing to listen to one another and pitch in when help is needed. We also collaborate well; each of us have different experiences and skill and can contribute appropriately.
