The lack of communication creates too many unknowns and concerns. What is the plan? Where will we grow? What is the org? Why are we loosing so much talent (willingly at exec levels). I have reasons from optimism and reasons for cynicism.

Collaboration, respect, and competency in the role.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The potential for growth and finding our legs to grow, A return to a people focus as things improve.
What makes you most happy at work?
Contributing, learning new things, teaching new things, and performing at me best with our clients and in my role.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation more in line with the "street" price for me roll. Do I feel I'm valued? Yes. But not at a compensation level based on performance and skills.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understand that the group I'm in has lost all leadership and I have never met my current boss, though I do know his name. The questions are not based in interactions I've had.
