The communication, they are trying to move in the right direction with strong headwinds.

I like the direct people I work with, some teams we interact with are very 'turf' oriented at.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the focus on the three legged stool, people, customer and business. I like the transparency from leadership in all hands calls
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think again, they are beginning to make changes. There are strong headwinds -- internally and externally -- I think they are moving in the right direction.
