Multiple business request from different people keeps me engaged and working on those requests gives me opportunity to contact people part of different teams which helps me to learn new things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Decision of giving value and importance to Growing Business is the first thing which I like...Figuring out multiple ways to reduce the cost and bring new strategy to DXC Business is another thing. Expecting a positive value from these decisions going forward and hoping for best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company giving work from home is the most important things that helped me to manage work and family. I have happy to work more than 10-12 hours due to having this option. Flexibility that this company provides to any of the employees is awesome. No words to explain
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am having 15 years of experience, started my journey with HP-HPE and DXC. I have not planned to move from this company due to the dedication I have to this organization. I feel I should be given 50% hike similar to any other employee with similar experience and work that I manage and own for DXC.
