work every day is challenging, but, attrition is bad and I don't trust the C level leaders to retain employees or to provide US workers reasonable severance if laid off

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay fair market rates for all employee levels, especially those achieving high performance review rankings. Execs have golden parachutes to protect them regardless of how the company performs, lower level employees don't have that benefit
