It was better in HP days lots of client and work use to feel very happy to come to office. Love to see same environment in DXC too, after all we are the one who has to build it, so let us do it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
irrespective of what rating i get my promotion is stalled and even the hike in salary because only cry baby get attention, either manager will change or project will change . I want hike and promotion
What are some of the best things about your team?
When it comes to work unlike leaders or perks my team members support me on doing their best to keep the deliverables on time and also to dirty the hands on new skills or enhancement which I think will benefit the DXC capabilities
