tell us to treat others like we want to be treated and then they treat us like dirt
same pay for last 6 years, before that we got substantial bonuses to make up for NO salary adjustments - NOW just NOTHING
there is NO culture, it's all for themselves, dog-eat-dog, get rid of the old, compete for the crumbs or so you don't get laid off
