instead of putting things on slides and telling us that people matter - SHOW IT

tell us to treat others like we want to be treated and then they treat us like dirt

same pay for last 6 years, before that we got substantial bonuses to make up for NO salary adjustments - NOW just NOTHING

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

there is NO culture, it's all for themselves, dog-eat-dog, get rid of the old, compete for the crumbs or so you don't get laid off

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

everything - learn from others who actually have a track record, don't take something that requires a lot of hard work and minimize it to something quick and cheap and doesn't work
