It was great until COVID. Great learning opportunities. Then my manager quit and 50% of the team quit or was laid off. Sales have tanked. I have no motivation or incentive to care anymore.

The team makes things fun, the company does not.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company doesn't invest in growing the business. It's quicksand.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Care about people. There's no investment in sales or retaining people. My tower is a sinking ship.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I am worth 20k more as I had that offer from DXC two years ago before they talked me down. I have seen no bonus or sales commissions.
