Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not getting my work stolen by coworkers and management supporting their unethical behaviour and enabling their lies.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers to carry their weight and stop having to have everything their way that is not working and not delivering product.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management to set clear expectations and deal with problem back stabbing lying negative complainers who want to never improve things, and not do work.. Who are to busy driving kids to school and leaving work for other team members.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Get rid of the time wasters, people who just go to meetings and just delegate and create powerpoints. Stop moving people into roles they cannot do to save them... If their role is gone and they are good then create a proper role for them. Get rid of the Toxic directors.
